Mobile Service & Repairs Manager | Midlands (with occasional nationwide travel) | Full Time
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while keeping cutting-edge eBikes in top condition? We're looking for a Mobile Service & Repairs Manager to join the team! This dynamic role is based in the Midlands but will involve occasional travel further afield to support our service and repairs colleagues.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with repairs and servicing, preferably in eBike maintenance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, plan routes effectively, and allocate jobs efficiently.
- A proven track record in dealing with customers from consumers to corporate clients.
- Awareness of commercial considerations when completing jobs, time management.
- Willingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays as required.
- A collaborative mindset, supporting colleagues across the business when needed.
Duties:
- Carry out paid and unpaid repairs, perform maintenance, and complete scheduled servicing both on-site at customer locations and in-house at our service centre in Nuneaton.
- Deliver efficient and effective servicing for fleet eBikes, ensuring maximum reliability and safety.
- Manage customer support forms and inquiries, ensuring a professional and responsive service.
- Plan and allocate service jobs using effective journey planning, optimising time and resources.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to support repairs and servicing.
- Attend and support events, demonstrations, and other activities, showcasing our products and expertise.
